Downtown & the Quapaw Quarter chimneys, handled.

The Quapaw Quarter holds the oldest residential neighborhoods in Little Rock.

Census figures put over four in ten homes here before 1960, and nearly two in three before 1980.

Some of that masonry dates to the 1800s.

About one in four occupied homes here is owner-occupied, so the rest are rented.

Downtown is about nine minutes from our base near UA Little Rock.
